The degree of microcapsule rupture is determined by the pressure. The greater the pressure, the more microcapsules are destroyed and the higher the color density. Conversely, the lower the color density.

Step 1 Check the temperature and humidity during pressure application, confirm the working area (A zone, B zone, C zone, D zone, E zone) through the "temperature and humidity condition diagram", and select the corresponding pressure density curve (line A, line B line C line, line D line, line E line). If the temperature during pressure application is 25ºC, 60%RH, this condition is in the C zone of the temperature and humidity condition diagram, and line C should be selected in the standard pressure density curve. )
