What is Preassure Film
This is a film that can measure pressure.
Pressure and pressure distribution that could not be observed with the naked eye in the past can now be easily confirmed.
Prescale allows you to easily measure pressure distribution and range. Using advanced thin film coating technology of domestic films, the pressure detection sensor of the entire film allows you to confirm the pressure distribution of the entire surface at a glance. The color is red where pressure is applied, and the color density changes according to the pressure.
Product Information
Model: 3LW pressure (Extremely low pressure)
Sheet type: double sheet type
Pressure test range: 0.2~0.6MPa
Shelf life: 2 years
Function: This product can characterize the distribution of pressure by the uniformity of color;the color density value can directly characterize the corresponding pressure value.
Product Features
(1)Convenient and intuitive inspection of the distribution and uniformity of the applied pressure.
(2)Different color densities correspond to the size of the applied pressure, and the pressure value can be determined through the standard pressure density curve.
(3)Fast measurement speed, clear and intuitive image after pressure.

Product Structure and working

Put the coated surface of sheet A and the coated surface of sheet B together. After applying pressure, the microcapsules carrying the color-forming substance on sheet A break, and the color-forming substance reacts chemically with the color developer on sheet B at the corresponding position, showing red. The degree of microcapsule rupture is determined by the pressure. The greater the pressure, the more microcapsules are destroyed and the higher the color density. Conversely, the lower the color density.
Continuous pressure curve
Measurement pressure range:0.5~2.5MPa
Standard pressure conditions: Time to reach pressure: 5 seconds;
Time to maintain pressure: 2 minutes.
Step 1 Check the temperature and humidity during pressure application, confirm the working area (A zone, B zone, C zone, D zone, E zone) through the "temperature and humidity condition diagram", and select the corresponding pressure density curve (line A, line B line C line, line D line, line E line). If the temperature during pressure application is 25ºC, 60%RH, this condition is in the C zone of the temperature and humidity condition diagram, and line C should be selected in the standard pressure density curve. )
Step 2 Compare with the standard color sample and identify the color density value. If the density value is 0.5. )
Step 3 According to the standard pressure density curve, find the corresponding pressure value through the density value. (If the density value is 0.5, the corresponding pressure on line C is 0.4MPa.)
